Steve Van Amburgh

Van Amburgh manages the firm’s strategic planning, coordinates all new business development efforts and oversees all acquisition and development activities for KDC’s regional offices. Since assuming leadership of
KDC in 2001,
KDC has completed more than 90 corporate build-to-suit and speculative office and industrial projects valued at over $2 billion and totaling more than 13 million square feet. Van Amburgh earned a bachelor of science in economics and commerce at Washington and Lee University.
Tobin Grove
KDC
Grove is responsible for the oversight of corporate development, acquisition and financing activities for
KDC and is involved with strategic planning and new business development for the company. He is also responsible for the daily operations of
KDC including all regional offices. Grove’s experience with
KDC encompasses the development, acquisition, disposition and financing activities for more than 15 million square feet of office and industrial projects as well as the development or sale of more than 3,000 acres of land. He earned a bachelor of business administration in real estate and finance from Southern Methodist University.
Heather Kreager
Sammons Corporation
Kreager is President of Sammons Enterprises, Inc. She is also a member of Sammons’ Executive Committee and Board of Directors. Ms. Kreager has been with Sammons since 1985 and has held numerous positions including General Counsel of Sammons Communications, Inc. from 1989-1996 when Sammons divested all of its cable television assets. Heather received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University and her Juris Doctorate degree from Southern Methodist University. She earned her Master of Business Administration from the University of Dallas.
Jack Lowe

Jack joined
TDIndustries in 1964, became the
CEO and Board Chair in 1980, and in December 2004, retired as
CEO.
TDIndustries is a national mechanical and plumbing construction and facility service company, headquartered in Dallas.
TDIndustries projects have included Dallas Cowboy Stadium, American Airlines Center, Cardinal Stadium in Phoenix, The Ballpark in Arlington, Dallas Convention Center, Texas Instruments semiconductor plants and
JCPenney headquarters. Jack graduated Magna Cum Laude from Rice University with a BA and
BSEE degrees, and served in the U. S. Navy. He and his wife, Mary, have six grown children, and six grandchildren.
Morton Meyerson

CEO of 2M Companies, Inc., a private investment firm. Over the past two decades, Mr. Meyerson has actively invested in real estate. He has spent over twenty-six years in the technology business as the former chairman and
CEO, Perot Systems Corporation, and former president and vice chairman of Electronic Data Systems, Inc. (
EDS). Mr. Myerson was the chairman and
CEO of duPont Glore Forgan, a Wall Street investment firm. Mr. Meyerson has received the distinction of outstanding Chief Executive Officer from Wall Street Transcript three times. In May 2007, the American Academy of Arts and Sciences recognized Mr. Meyerson as a fellow in the category of Business, Corporate and Philanthropic Leadership. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and philosophy from the University of Texas at Austin and was elected as a Distinguished Alumnus.
Paul Rowsey

Mr. Rowsey is the Chief Executive Officer of Compatriot Capital, Inc., a real estate investment and operating company based in Dallas, Texas. In addition to
KDC Holdings, he currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Ensco plc, (
NYSE:
ESV), an international offshore oil field service and drilling company, E2M Partners,
LLC, a sponsor and manager of private real estate equity funds, Powdr Corporation, an alpine skiing and outdoor sports company, Village Green Holding, a multi-family housing management and development firm, and
JLB Partners, a national multi-family development and construction firm. Mr. Rowsey is a magna cum laude graduate of Duke University with a degree in management science, and a cum laude graduate of Southern Methodist University School of Law.
