Paul E. Rowsey, IV
Associate Vice President Rowsey is responsible for real estate analytics and underwriting for all aspects of KDC’s development and investment portfolio. Additionally, he assists in new business development and marketing of KDC projects nationwide. He is a graduate of Georgetown University in Washington, DC.
