KDC attended the Annual North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR) Expo on September 2. The Commercial Real Estate Expo is the largest commercial real estate trade show in the southwest with 1,500 attendees. More than 100 exhibitors participate including developers, building owners, brokers, contractors, architects, designers, engineers, bankers, researchers, financial advisors, economic development groups, high-tech firms, marketing experts, real estate media and more.
The KDC booth featured our BTS experience, our newest initiatives including Craig Ranch JV, Data Centers, Healthcare and Government; and our available leasing projects – 901 Central, The Campus at Legacy, CentrePort and Intellicenter. We handed out some great give-aways and offered free beer in a CentrePort koozie!
The Campus at Legacy raffled off some golf balls, a PGA Superstore Gift Card and the new Adams driver!
