AUSTIN, TEXAS —- KDC, one of America’s leading commercial real estate firms, has leased 46,034 square feet of space to Austin Portable Storage, LLC (PODS®) at Northpointe Trade Center in Austin, Texas.

Located at 2251 Piccadilly Drive, Northpointe Trade Center consists of three buildings with 450,015 square feet of industrial space. Building features include 24’ – 28’ clear height and an Early Suppression Fast Response (ESFR) sprinkler system. Northpointe is designated as a LEED core and shell certified warehouse and flex space by the U.S. Green Building Council, which promotes buildings that are environmentally responsible, profitable and healthy places to live and work.
