DALLAS – – Koll Development Company (KDC), one of America’s leading commercial real estate firms, has expanded its Dallas team with the hiring of Ab Atkins as senior vice president, Robert Browning as vice president and Frank Benenate as senior project manager.

Browning’s responsibilities include project and construction management as well as design review for KDC. Presently, he is involved in the development of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas’ 1 million-square-foot build-to-suit regional headquarters in Richardson, Texas.
