Eric Hage named KDC president; Bret Creel and David Fisk named executive vice presidents; Richard Bryant promoted to vice president

Zoning approval paves the way for the development of state-of-the-art data centers.

KDC announced today an agreement to market and develop Taylor HQ, a 150-acre site in Taylor, Texas. KDC will pursue build-to-suit opportunities for manufacturing, office, logistics, warehousing, data center and other uses.

KDC received approval from Dunwoody City Council on its proposed rezoning of Park Center’s fourth phase on the last undeveloped portion of the campus.

KDC and Wells Fargo celebrated the topping out of the financial institution's first net-positive energy office campus at 401 W. Las Colinas Blvd. at the northeast corner of West Las Colinas Boulevard and Promenade Parkway, one block south of West Northwest Highway.
