When California-based AAA was looking to consolidate and relocate operations to Oklahoma City, they approached KDC for help. Together they adapted the Intellicenter design to meet the needs of AAA by developing a three-story, 150,000-square-foot new contact center. In addition to handling the development of the building, KDC was able to negotiate an offsite easement with adjacent property owner that allows a 500-foot storm drain extension to serve the site. The competitive building prices and a low cost of labor made this move a great success for AAA.
