The Texas headquarters for Blue Cross Blue Shield was not only large, it was also completed quickly - 1,000,000 SF in just 22 months. The building features 80,000 square feet of conference and training space on the first and second floors and a large lobby that allows all employees and visitors to be funneled through one entry point. The office space used a simple rectangle design on all floors and utilized raised flooring for wire management.
