The new office development will be situated at the intersection of I-40, Davis Drive, and NC 54. There are convenient access points to the area’s major thoroughfares with quick access to I-40. The site is located 6 miles and 9 minutes away from Raleigh-Durham International Airport. Hub RTP is centrally located between Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill, providing prime access to a high-quality labor pool.

This transformational project will create a dynamic live-work-play environment featuring up to 1.0 million square feet of Class A office space, 1,200 multifamily units, at least one hotel with up to 425 rooms, and 75,000 square feet of total retail, dining, and entertainment space in a walkable community. The site consists of 13+ acres of green space and is situated within the Research Triangle Park, which consists of over 300 companies, including science and technology firms, government agencies, academic institutions, startups, and nonprofits. The Research Triangle Foundation (RTF) creates a business environment and facilitates strategic partnerships that benefit the region and state. These connections allow the Foundation to invest in programs that cultivate vibrant communities within the park. Hub RTP will also be located next to Boxyard RTP, a 15,000-square-foot, unique shipping container complex which will include up to nine food and beverage vendors, as well as several retailers and service providers. Full Steam Brewery will anchor the new complex. Boxyard RTP is scheduled to open in 2020.
