As one of North Texas’ fastest growing financial firms, Independent Financial wanted to expand its headquarters at McKinney Corporate Center Craig Ranch. KDC developed Independent Financial’s Headquarters Phase One and is proud to be selected as Phase Two developer as well.

A six-story, 198,000 square-foot building, Phase more than doubles the company’s existing Craig Ranch presence, allowing the organization to consolidate its banking operations teams while also accommodating future growth opportunities.

The building features a sleek glass exterior and expansive terraces, complemented by a mature greenbelt. Phase Two’s design mirrors the original building with six stories but is approximately 20% larger.

Occupants enjoy water-feature views and direct walking trail access connecting to the new HUB 121 mixed-use development. Phase Two has a state-of-the-art, full-service fitness center with locker rooms and a grab-and-go dining area, similar to Phase One. The new building also features a large conference center to accommodate town halls and large group meetings.
