To enable the vertical development at Hub RTP, a transformational mixed-use project at the center of Research Triangle Park, an existing Wells Fargo branch needed to be demolished and a new branch was constructed.

The project includes a new 4,000 square foot prototype branch located on NC Highway 54 and is the first completed project within the 44-acre Hub RTP project. This Wells Fargo location will serve Hub RTP, as well as the existing 300 companies located within the Research Triangle Park area. The project was completed in January 2022. KDC is pleased to further its partnership and support of the Research Triangle Foundation’s vision for Hub RTP.
