KDC wins Best New Office Project for Wells Fargo and Best Office Lease for Bank of America at Parkside.

A revitalized community center is always a reason to celebrate. Cedar Crest Community Center in South Dallas received a much-needed restoration, thanks to generous donors, including Dallas-area sports heroes and the commercial real estate community. Led by Behind Every Door, KDC joined with Corgan, Kimley Horn, Balfour Beatty and Jordan Skala to complete the planning and construction of the 50-year-old facility.

KDC was back this summer as the Grand Marshal of Dallas CASA’s 28th Annual Parade of Playhouses at NorthPark Center. The company is an integral part of the fundraiser from coordinating the architects, builders, companies, and individuals that design and construct the houses, to volunteering and providing financial support.

KDC’s Atlanta office ended the year on a high note. Park Center, the largest ground-up corporate office development in Metro Atlanta’s history, was recently named NAIOP Georgia’s 2021 Office Development of the Year!
