Chad Hedlund is a Development Associate at KDC.

Hedlund joined KDC as an intern in 2021 and quickly gained a full-time position as a development associate. In his current role, he dedicates his time to analyzing the financials and economics of real estate deals. In his current role, he dedicates his time assisting in the due diligence and underwriting of new developments and investments, with a focus on analyzing the financial and economic aspects of real estate deals.

Prior to joining KDC, Hedlund worked in real estate finance with the commercial real estate firm Duff & Phelps.

He earned his undergraduate degree in Economics from Wake Forest University and his MBA from Southern Methodist University. He currently resides in the DFW Metroplex.
