David Fisk joined KDC in 2014 and was promoted to Executive Vice President/Design and Construction in September 2024.

Fisk co-leads KDC’s design and construction activities, which include generating new business opportunities, managing staff and contractors, developing and maintaining budgets, creating schedules and ensuring building code compliance from the project's planning stages through its completion.

He is also a member of KDC’s leadership council.

During his career with KDC, Fisk has been involved with the 850,000-square-foot Wells Fargo Corporate Campus and the 1.1-million-square-foot Pioneer Natural Resources headquarters in Irving, TX.

Fisk’s nearly three decades of experience include design and construction oversight on various facilities, from office buildings to data centers. Notable projects include RadioShack’s headquarters (Fort Worth) and Fidelity Investments’ corporate campus (Westlake, TX).

Born and raised in the Chicago area, Fisk received his Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University. He is married with two children.
