As KDC’s receptionist and administrative assistant, Lisa Williams is the face of the company, greeting clients, visitors and guests. She uses her outstanding time management and technology skills to help oversee KDC’s administrative tasks. Her responsibilities include appointment scheduling, handling and directing phone calls, mail and messages to staff, ordering supplies and recordkeeping.

Williams joined KDC in April 2024 from HHS Residential LLC, where she served as Operations Coordinator. In that job, she developed electronic house files for internal and external use, updated internal reports to ensure accuracy, handled electronic filing of essential documents and prepared and distributed start packages while coordinating permit checks.

She also held administrative positions at RepublicBank Dallas, N.A. and Pepper, Hamilton & Scheetz law firm.

Williams studied at the University of North Texas and Dallas’ Eastfield Community College. She is an active volunteer with Dallas’ Highland Park United Methodist Church.
