Real estate veteran Tobin C. Grove serves as Vice Chairman of KDC’s board of directors. During his four decades in the commercial real estate industry, including serving as president of KDC, Grove has been involved with the development of over 40 million square feet of industrial and office product and sold over 5,000 acres. He joined KDC in 1994 and together with Steve Van Amburgh, grew the firm into one of the nation’s most successful real estate companies.

Grove, a native of Dallas, was inducted into the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and Real Estate Professionals (NTCAR) Hall of Fame in 2018. He is a board member with the Folsom Institute for Real Estate.

Grove earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance from Southern Methodist University. He is a world traveler and is married with a daughter.
